Love Is Blind
I'm not a complicated person. I just like to speak my mind.
I don't want to hold your hand. You’re all the things I couldn’t find.
I can see it in your eyes, all the feelings you try to hide.
Don't act like you don't see it, please don't try to save your pride.
I understand you love me, I can see it when you smile.
Don’t look at me with sad eyes, I’ve checked your history file.
Don’t act like everything’s ok, cause we both know it’s not.
I’m taking all these feelings, and I’m throwing them in the pot.
I look around the room, all that I see reminds me of you.
That look you give sometimes, it makes me feel untrue.
I don’t know where to turn. I can’t look you in the eye.
I don’t know how to tell you, and I think I’m gonna cry.
You make me feel so special, but you pull me apart.
You make me fall to pieces, and I think you’ve stolen my heart.
I love you so much, yet you still manage to hurt me.
I guess love is blind, so therefore I’ll never see.
